Eligibility is determined based on rules. Eligible households must use the service to keep the subsidy and in the event the customer has (30) consecutive days without any internet usage, the customer may no longer be eligible to receive the subsidy. Eligible households may receive the program benefit from any participating provider and may transfer the benefit to another provider at any time. $50 Gift Card offer requires purchase of 100Mb, 500Mb or Gigabit internet, and is only eligible for new customers who sign up for internet services from May 18, 2022 to May 31, 2022. Must have two months of services paid in full for eligibility to receive gift card. One gift card per household. Offer of Free Installation includes a waived $25.00 installation fee as a credit on first invoice. Offers do not include taxes and fees. Additional installation fees may also apply. Regular rates apply upon service suspension, cancellation, downgrades, or ACP conclusion.
