To receive credit reimbursement, customer must be in good standing. Credit reimbursement will appear on customer’s invoice following submitting of proof of payment to prior service provider. If customer terminates service(s) prior to 12 months of install date, buyout credited amount will be billed to customer. Offers do not include taxes and f ees. Additional installation fees may also apply. Regular rates apply upon service suspension, cancellation, or downgrades.
