MetroNet will match your 401(k) contribution dollar for dollar up to 3% of your compensation. MetroNet will continue to match 50% of the next 3% not to exceed 6% of your compensation. All contributions are 100% vested day one!
Paid Time Off
MetroNet believes our Associates should enjoy time away from work to spend with family and friends and create a healthy work/life balance. All full-time Associates begin accruing PTO on their hire date. Accrual rates increase based on years of service.
MetroNet believes in observing major holidays. Full-time Associates are eligible to receive holiday pay immediately upon their date of hire. Floating holidays are available to eligible Associates.
Disability insurance is a value-added benefit that ensures you will receive pay if you are too ill or injured and cannot work. That’s why long and short-term disability coverage is provided to our full-time Associates at no cost!
